Maple Development launches Aldeana, a vibrant community south of Houston along SH 288. The first phase includes 108 homesites for Brightland Homes, DSLD Homes, and Autograph Homes, with prices starting in the high $200s.

February 14, 2025

Maple Development has completed the first section of Aldeana, a 400-acre master-planned village along SH 288, south of Houston. This initial phase features 108 homesites for Brightland Homes, DSLD Homes, and Autograph Homes.

Maple Development is introducing five new master-planned communities, including Aldeana in Bonney, Texas. These master-planned villages are designed for connected, attainable living. This expansion brings vibrant neighborhoods with parks, trails, and green spaces to the Village of Bonney.
