PROGRAM DISCLOSURES—ALDEANA AMBASSADORS REALTOR INCENTIVE PROGRAM
The Aldeana Ambassadors Realtor Incentive Program (“Program”) is offered by Maple Development Group, Developer of Aldeana Master-Planned Community, Bonney, TX 77583 ("Maple Development Group" or "Developer"), and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Participation in the Program is open to all licensed real estate agents ("Realtor") actively representing a buyer at closing within the Aldeana community. No pre-registration is required.
Tier Structure & Payouts. Cash bonuses are earned on a per-closing basis and disbursed at the time of each qualifying closing per the following schedule: Tier 1 — $500 bonus upon the first qualifying closing within the program year; Tier 2 — $750 bonus upon the second qualifying closing within the program year; Tier 3 — $1,000 bonus upon the third qualifying closing within the program year, which also unlocks Aldeana Ambassador status and all associated recognition benefits. Cash bonuses are paid in addition to any standard builder-offered commissions and BTSA programs, which remain separate and are governed solely by each respective builder (DRB Homes, Autograph Homes, and DSLD).
Qualifying Sales. A qualifying sale is defined as any closed transaction in which a licensed Realtor represents the buyer for the purchase of a new home — including new construction and dirt (lot) sales — within the Aldeana community with a participating builder. The transaction must fully close and fund. Under-contract, pending, or cancelled transactions do not count toward tier accumulation. The Realtor must be the buyer's agent of record on the closing disclosure.
Annual Reset. The Program operates on an annual cycle beginning September 8, 2026 ("Program Year"). Tier counts reset at the start of each new Program Year. All tier counts and Ambassador status expire at the end of each Program Year. No closings, tier counts, or partial progress carry forward into a subsequent Program Year. Each Program Year is independent, and Realtors must re-qualify from zero closings at the start of every new cycle.
Ambassador Status & Benefits. Ambassador status is activated upon a Realtor's third qualifying sale within a Program Year. Ambassador benefits — including but not limited to Preferred Realtor listing/website feature, social media spotlight, first-access update communications, and digital Ambassador badge and co-branded marketing assets — are active for the duration of the Program Year in which status was earned. Benefits do not automatically renew and must be re-earned in each subsequent Program Year. Maple Development Group reserves the right to modify or discontinue Ambassador recognition benefits at any time without notice.
First-Access Communications. First-access updates provided to Ambassador-tier Realtors are intended solely for direct, verbal outreach to individual clients. Ambassador-tier Realtors may not publicly post, forward, reproduce, or distribute first-access information — including but not limited to new phase releases, spec home availability, pricing updates, and development pipeline information — prior to Maple Development Group's public release date. Violation of this provision may result in immediate removal from the Program without right of reinstatement.
Program Modifications & Termination. Maple Development Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any of its benefits at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to any Realtor or third party. In the event of Program termination, bonuses earned on closings that have already occurred will be honored. No bonuses will be paid on closings occurring after the termination date.
General. This Program does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Maple Development Group and any participating Realtor. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms. Program is void where prohibited by law. Realtors are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local tax obligations arising from receipt of Program bonuses. Maple Development Group will issue applicable IRS tax forms as required by law. Bonuses are not considered commissions and are paid separately from any builder-issued compensation. This communication is intended solely for licensed real estate professionals. Equal Housing Opportunity. ©2026 Maple Development Group. All rights reserved.
